Ms. Kellett, Sandy and I really appreciated your help in finding our new home. You were above all very professional and ready to be of assistance within a few hours when we had property we wanted to see. Even though we felt very confident about our ability to find the right home, you were able to direct and communicate differences that we didn't always think about. Your help in negotiating a price that was within our range showed your ability for customer satisfaction. We understand there is always other business or personal issues in everyone's life that can delay taking care of customers in a timely manner. We were very impressed by the fact that when this situation occurred there was never any delay because you had one of the other professionals in your organization make sure we had excellent service. Another real significant attribute was setting up a website for our viewing of all the new listing within our price range every day. This was very helpful and we really looked forward to each morning to check our email reminder taking us to the website for viewing the new properties on the market.
